Educational Qualification

How to Apply for DSSSB PRT Recruitment 2025
The DSSSB application process operates with distinct rules which affect users who have never applied before. The following instructions will guide you through the application process.
Step 1: New User Registration
Users can access the DSSSB official website through https://dsssbonline.nic.in.
First-time applicants need to select “Click here for New Registration” to begin their application process.
Registration Form:
- You need to provide your complete name together with your birthdate and 10th-grade enrollment number.
- The 10th-grade Roll Number contains letters (e.g. 12CS2024) which require you to enter only numerical values (122024). The removal of ’00’ from the beginning of your roll number becomes necessary.
- Enter your 10th-grade passing year and your gender and father’s/mother’s name and mobile number and email address.
- You need to obtain an OTP through the system which will verify your mobile and email addresses.
- Enter your Aadhaar card number. The system requires you to enter your Aadhaar card number but you can choose ‘No’ if you lack this document and provide another acceptable identification.
- Create a password which must contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter and one number and one special character.
- Review your form data before you submit it by checking the undertaking box and then clicking “Submit” to finish your registration process.
Step 2: Login and Application
- After completing your registration you should access the homepage to click “Click to Sign In.”
- Enter your date of birth and 10th grade roll number and passing year and password which you established during registration.
- Access the dashboard to find the “Apply for New Application” button.
- The “Assistant Teacher (Primary)” recruitment (post code) appears on the page so click the “Apply” button next to it.
- Address Section: Enter your present address and permanent address. The checkbox allows you to indicate when your present address matches your permanent address.
Select Category:
- OBC Note: The OBC (Delhi) category reservation benefits will only be available to candidates who prove their eligibility through their certificate.
- You need to provide your certificate number and issue date for this requirement. The General (UR) category application process must be used by OBC (Outside Delhi) candidates.
- SC/ST/EWS candidates need to complete their application information.
- You need to confirm the declaration before saving your information to the next stage.
Step 3: Upload Documents
- This is the most important step. The DSSSB requires applicants to submit documents which must meet specific size requirements.
- The required photo dimensions measure 5×7 inches while the file size needs to be between 50 KB and 300 KB and the pixel dimensions should be 480×672.
- The file size for your signature must be under 40 KB while the dimensions should measure 140×110 pixels.
- The file size for your left thumb impression must be under 40 KB while the dimensions should measure 110×140 pixels.
- The “Crop Photo Online” website allows you to adjust pixelate your documents while the “PI7 Image Tool” enables you to adjust the file size between 50 KB and 300 KB.
Step 4: Post & Qualification Selection
- The system displays available posts for application between DoE and NDMC.
- You can choose to apply for one post or both posts by selecting the appropriate option.
- Click “Save to Next.”
- The qualification section requires you to enter different information for both DoE and NDMC posts.
- First choose DoE then enter your 12th-grade information followed by your Diploma details and CTET qualifications before clicking “Insert” for each section.
- Select NDMC as your next option to enter your qualifications starting with 12th grade then Diploma then CTET then 10th-grade Hindi before clicking “Insert” for each section.
- The “Desirable: Computer Knowledge” requirement for NDMC does not apply to you so select “No” from the options.
- After completing all sections click “Do you finally save” followed by “Save to Next.”
Step 5: Preview & Final Payment
- The system displays your completed application form for review. Review all information carefully because you can still modify your personal details and photo and qualifications.
- Review your application form for accuracy before making the final declaration and submitting your application through online payment.
- The payment system will direct you to a payment gateway after your submission. Click “Pay Online.”
- You need to pay ₹100 through UPI (QR code) or card if the fee applies to your situation.
- After your payment succeeds you should download your application form for future reference.
- Keep your application form safe after printing it.
