Educational Qualification

Eligibility Criteria

• State: The application process requires all candidates to be residents of Rajasthan.
• Passing year: The candidates need to finish their ITI/Diploma/Degree education during 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025.
• Experience: The candidates need to have no more than twelve months of work experience.
• Pre-Apprenticeship: The application process excludes candidates who have finished their apprenticeship training at any institute.

How to Apply NLC Apprentice Recruitment 2025

The recruitment process consists of two stages which require candidates to submit their applications through both online and physical document delivery.

Mandatory Registration

• ITI candidates need to create their account on the NAPS portal which exists at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
• Diploma and Graduate candidates need to create their account on the NATS portal which operates at nats.education.gov.in.

Step 1: Online Application

• The official NLC career website (link provided below) requires you to access after completing your NAPS/NATS registration.
• The “Apply Online” link becomes accessible after clicking on it.
• Choose your training program from the available options which include Trade Apprentice and Graduate Apprentice.
• Enter your complete name and Aadhaar number and parent’s name and birthdate and category and educational background information (ITI/Diploma/Degree).
• Provide your home address and phone numbers and email address.
• Click the button to finish the submission process.

Step 2: Hard Copy Submission

• After finishing the online submission process print out your application form.
• You need to confirm your photo and add your signature to this printed version.
• You need to attach photocopies of all necessary documents which include:
  • 10th/12th Marksheet
  • ITI/Diploma/Degree Marksheet and Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • NAPS/NATS Registration Profile
• Place all documents inside an envelope before sending it through postal services or courier services to the address below by November 30, 2025 at 5 pm.
